We collect the following information when you use Siraat:

• Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth (optional), and profile photo (optional).
• Prayer Data: Prayer logs, times, locations (if shared), and tracking preferences.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.
• Location Data: Only when you explicitly grant permission, for prayer times calculation and Qibla direction.
• Camera: Only when you explicitly grant permission, for taking a profile photo. Images are uploaded securely and never shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the prayer tracking service.
• To calculate accurate prayer times for your location.
• To send prayer reminders via push notifications, WhatsApp, or SMS (if enabled).
• To generate prayer analytics and AI-powered insights (Siraat Pro).
• To enable group/family prayer tracking features.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS services that help operate the App.
• Group Members: If you join a prayer group, your prayer statistics may be visible to other group members.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat for subscription management.
• Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp reminders.
• Abacus AI for AI-powered prayer insights.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data via Profile settings.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of notifications at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Siraat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
