By downloading, installing, or using Siraat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Siraat is a prayer tracking and spiritual wellness application that helps Muslims log daily prayers, track consistency, and improve their spiritual practice. The App offers both free and premium (Siraat Pro) features.
Siraat Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Siraat and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Siraat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Prayer times are calculated using third-party data and may not be perfectly accurate for all locations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siraat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings within the App. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
